Self-Pay Massage: Schedule here if you are not using insurance to pay for your treatment.
Insurance-Billed Massage: Call our office to verify eligibility and to schedule. You must have an active referral and diagnosis to receive medically billed massage.

Need to cancel a scheduled appointment? Missed appointments cancelled within 24 hours of start time are charged a fee to the card on file. Please see our cancellation policy for more information.
