We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Sam Ford DC to our team! Our NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT includes a full initial evaluation and same-day adjustment (when clinically appropriate). Dr. Sam is currently credentialing with insurers so please see our out-of-pocket pricing available. If your insurance includes out-of-network benefits, we can supply a superbill, or we can submit a claim on your behalf with your consent.

Self-Pay Massage: Pay-at-time-of-service MASSAGE scheduling.
Insurance-Billed Massage: Call to schedule. For eligibility, You must have an active referral and diagnosis to receive medically billed massage. Your session will be directed toward the condition under treatment.
Missed appointments cancelled within 24 hours of start time are charged a fee to the card on file. Please see our cancellation policy for more information. Our office staff is available Monday-Friday to call and schedule 360-332-1086, messages left Thursday afternoon will be returned on Friday. Dr. Christopher has limited new patient availability at this time. Call to inquire.
